1. Feeling





The customer's response was very strong. The samples sent by many suppliers feel very consistent. However, the feeling of mass production is different. In fact, this is a common problem. As we all know, the handle and key force of the switch are controlled by shrapnel. Grenades are usually divided into phosphor copper grenades and stainless steel grenades. Now, in order to save costs, most manufacturers basically choose phosphor copper grenades. Phosphorus copper grenade is widely used because of its high cost performance. However, the phosphor copper bullet will change dramatically or shrink after the furnace temperature, resulting in poor hand feel. The use of stainless refractories does not have this problem, but the price of stainless steel refractories is relatively high, which makes many manufacturers try to use phosphor copper bullets. Therefore, when buying the touch switch, we must ask clear questions.









2. Bonding





Ultra thin touch switches are usually called membrane switches. Thin switches need diaphragm to be really thin. However, many films have poor high temperature resistance and fall off after heating. Adhesion is the adhesive viscosity of film. The introduction of PI membrane is very popular. The bonding strength is 400g, which is very suitable for switches. If it is too light, it will often fall off. If it's too heavy, the switch won't move. Many manufacturers choose domestic cheap PI film to save costs, and the switch is prone to bonding problems. It is recommended that you consult the manufacturer before purchasing. The same applies to contact switches. If imported rubber is used, the key points shall not fall off easily. There will be problems with domestic rubber. Every penny is important.






3. The cover has fallen





During the manufacturing process, the customer will react and the switch cover will leak. So why did the lid fall off? We must first understand the structure of the switch. The switch box covers the rear cover. This production process lasted 10000 years. Acquaintances will find that the cover is fixed by four riveting joints at the bottom. If the riveting joint is loose or the temperature is too high, the riveting point will shrink and deform, and the cover will fall off. In order to prevent the cover plate, only two problems need to be paid attention to: one is that the base must use high-temperature resistant materials, and the other is that the riveting should be firm. These two problems can be well solved as long as they are handled properly.





4. Don't open it when you press the button





When many consumers use products, they often find that the key response is slow. They must be pressed hard to make the product have functional response. Because our switches are exposed to the air, many finished products are not sealed, and consumer electronic products need heat dissipation. In wet weather, the switch box is easy to be oxidized, and the contact performance is worse than before, that is, there is a problem that it can not be connected by pressing gently. Many users also took the switch apart and found a small black spot on the shrapnel, which is the result of bullet oxidation. Therefore, it is suggested that the electronic products we usually don't use should be placed in a relatively dry place, so that the electronic components will be oxidized.





5. High resistance





Now, many users know little about the switching resistance value. The switch resistance value of our company is generally controlled below 30m ¦¸, so the contact performance and service life of the switch are very good, but some resistance values are high after furnace temperature and service life test. What is the effect of high resistance on the switch? If resistance is too large, contact area between switch spring and pin is too small. The contact surface is small and the switch does not contact. If there is no contact, the switch will fail. So we should pay attention to the resistance of the switch. The plating requirements of spring and spring needle are higher, while the resistance value after PLA is lower.
