1¡¢ Welding resistance test:
1. Weldability test:
Methods: soak the welding foot into the tin pool about 2mm deep, the test temperature is about 230 ¡À 5 ¡æ, and the holding time is 3 ¡À 0.5 seconds.
Result: more than 80% of the soaked solder legs will be covered with tin.
2. Welding resistance test:
Methods: the temperature of soldering tin in the welding furnace is controlled at 260 ¡À 5 ¡æ, and the temperature of soldering tin in the furnace is maintained at 5 ¡À 1s at the time (substrate)
During manual welding, the temperature shall be controlled at 350 ¡À 30 ¡æ, and the time shall be 3 ¡À 0.5 seconds, but abnormal pressure shall not be applied to the welding foot.
Result: the switch has no deformation and can meet the electrical performance. Apply abnormal pressure, and this achievement will be scrapped.
2¡¢ Cold resistance test:
Methods: put it in the environment of minus 20 ¡À 3 ¡æ for 4 days, and then put it in the normal environment for 30 minutes.
Results: the touch resistance and insulation resistance are within the standard range, and there is no sign of switch performance damage.

3¡¢ High temperature resistance test:
Methods: store the product at 280 ¡À 30 ¡æ for 2-3 minutes, take it out, and test its feel and resistance after heat dissipation.
Achievements: resistance, acrylic rebound, shape, etc; There are no signs of damage. The switch performance is still intact.
4¡¢ Humidity resistance test:
Methods: put it in the 90-95% RH environment at 40 ¡À 2 ¡æ for 4 days, and then put it in the normal environment for 30 minutes.
Results: the touch resistance and insulation resistance are within the standard range, and there is no sign of switch performance damage.
5¡¢ Temperature alternating experiment:
In different temperature environments, the test will be carried out after five cycles and then placed in the normal environment for 30 minutes
