2. Welding resistance test
When welding in the welding furnace, the temperature shall be controlled at 260 ¡À 5 ¡æ, the furnace passing time shall be 3 ¡À 0.5 seconds, and the thickness of the substrate shall be 1.0 mm. When welding by hand, the temperature shall be controlled at 320 ¡À 5 ¡æ, and the time shall be 3 ¡À 0.5 seconds
Requirements: the body must be free of deformation and meet the requirements of mechanical and electrical energy
3. Life test
No load: the operator shall conduct 100000 cycles of no-load test at the frequency of 60 times per minute.

(1) The contact resistance shall not exceed 200m ¦¸
(2) Others are satisfied with mechanical and electrical performance
4. Heat resistance test
Place it at 85 ¡À 2 ¡æ for 96 hours, and then place it at normal room temperature for 1 hour

5. Cold resistance test
Place at 40 ¡À 2 ¡æ. When the relative humidity is 90 ~ 96%, the sample shall be tested after being placed in the normal environment for 1 hour.

6. Humidity test
Place at 40 ¡À 2 ¡æ. When the relative humidity is 90 ~ 96%, the sample shall be tested after being placed in the normal environment for 1 hour.
