Standards for toggle switches:
When we develop a new toggle switch and socket, we will do a lot of feasibility experiments to ensure the safety of the switch and socket. This is related to life and should not be careless.
1. Solderability test
The top of the terminal is immersed in the soldering pool 1 mm deep, the temperature is 230 ¡À 5 ¡æ, and the time is 3 ¡À 0.5 seconds.
Notice:
(1) The welding time should be less than 3 seconds
(2) The welding area must be more than 80%.
2. Solder resistance test
The temperature of the soldering furnace is controlled at 260¡À5¡æ, the furnace time is 3¡À0.5 seconds, the thickness of the substrate is 1.0mm, and the temperature should be controlled at 320¡À5¡æ, and the time is 3¡À0.5 seconds during hand soldering.
Requirements: Must meet the body without deformation, meet the mechanical and electrical energy.
3. Life test
No load: The operator makes 100,000 no load tests at a frequency of 60 times per minute.
Require:
(1) The contact resistance cannot exceed 200m¦¸
(2) Others, satisfy the mechanical and electrical properties.
4. Heat resistance test
After placing the test at a temperature of 85¡À2¡æ for 96 hours, then place it at normal room temperature for 1 hour to determine.
Requirements: No abnormal appearance, satisfying mechanical and electrical performance.
5. Cold resistance test
Place it at 40¡À2¡æ. After 96 hours in an environment with a relative humidity of 90~96%, the sample is placed in a normal environment for 1 hour and then tested.
Requirements: No abnormal appearance, satisfying mechanical and electrical performance.
6. Humidity test
Place it at 40¡À2¡æ. After 96 hours in an environment with a relative humidity of 90~96%, the sample is placed in a normal environment for 1 hour and then tested.
Requirements: No abnormal appearance, satisfying mechanical and electrical performance.
