4. Convenient and safe to use. The product can be easily turned on or off with a touch switch for use. When it is turned on and off, it should not significantly hinder the movement or movement of people or objects in the building, and it should be able to facilitate the cleaning and cleaning of the ground. , The ground socket should have different protection levels to adapt to different requirements of the use environment to ensure the safe use of users.
The 4x4 light touch switch is reset after power failure, that is, the locking mechanism should be related to the power supply. The finished product does not seem to be available, because this requirement can be achieved by a circuit composed of a general button switch and a relay.
But if only one relay (or contactor) is used, a set of normally open contacts is used to control the power supply of the working coil of the relay (contactor), and the relay weighing iron is used as the switch button. After pressing the weighing iron, the relay controls The contact of the coil is closed, the coil is energized, the relay remains closed (self-locking), and the remaining contacts control other circuits.
What matters should be paid attention to when using the circular tact switch.
1. When welding the tact switch terminal, if a load is applied to the terminal, there may be loosening, deformation and deterioration of electrical characteristics due to different conditions. Please pay attention when using it.
2. When using through-hole printed circuit boards and non-recommended circuit boards, due to the influence of thermal stress, please fully confirm the soldering conditions in advance.
3. When performing two soldering, please do it after the first soldered part returns to normal temperature. Continuous heating may deform the outer part, loosen the terminal, fall off and reduce the electrical characteristics.
4. Regarding the setting of welding conditions, it is necessary to confirm the actual mass production conditions.
5. The product is designed and manufactured on the premise of DC resistance load. When using other loads [inductive load, capacitive load], please confirm separately.
6. Please refer to the recommended dimensions in the product drawing for the mounting holes and patterns of the printed circuit board.
7. The switch should be used for the structure where the switch is directly operated by humans. Please do not use it for the mechanical detection function of the touch switch.
8. When the switch is operated with a light touch, if a load above the specified value is applied, the switch may be damaged. Please be careful not to apply a force above the specified value on the switch.
9.Please avoid the usage of pressing the operation part from the side.
10. For the flat shaft type, try to press the center of the switch as far as possible. For the hinge structure, the position of the shaft will move when pressed. Please pay special attention.
11. After the switch is installed, please contact a professional when passing through the regenerative hardening furnace due to the hardening of the adhesive of other parts.
12. If corrosive gas is generated from the surrounding materials of the whole machine using the switch, it may cause poor contact and other phenomena, so please fully confirm in advance.
13. The carbon contact point has the characteristic of changing the contact resistance of the pushing load. When it is used in a voltage divider circuit, please use it after sufficient confirmation.
