Generally, when the electronic circuit is closed, sparks called arc light will be generated between the contacts. The greater the current, the easier it is to produce arc light, the slower the speed of switching contacts, and the longer the duration of arc light, which are the factors leading to contact deterioration. The quick action mechanism of the microswitch can switch the contact instantly, so the arc duration is short, and although the size is small, it can be used in circuits with large current.



2. High accuracy

Even if the microswitch is opened / closed repeatedly, it can basically switch contacts at the same position, so the position detection error is small, which is suitable for applications requiring high precision. This is also the unique advantage of microswitch with quick action mechanism.
