The step-down maintenance method can be selected when maintaining the switching power supply. The method is to connect the power plug of the display to a communication voltage regulator, then adjust the output voltage of the voltage regulator to about 100V, then power on for maintenance, and increase the power supply voltage step by step for maintenance. For this problem, check the filter circuit and voltage stabilizing circuit. Generally, there is a diode open circuit, which changes from full wave rectification to half wave rectification. This may also be the problem caused by the reduction of the filter capacitor capacity. Example 3: the 220V rectifier filter circuit has a short circuit problem, and the power on is stable. First check whether the rectifier diode has a short circuit and whether the filter capacitor has serious leakage. You can also unplug the degaussing Coil plug, check whether the degaussing thermistor has short-circuit fault, and replace it if any. Fault Example 4: there is no grating or display when starting up, and the power indicator is not on, but it is not burned properly. At this time, check whether the communication mutual inductance transformer is open circuit, whether the current limiting resistance of the rectifier circuit is open circuit (burnt out) or whether the rectifier diode is open circuit. Fault Example 5: no grating, no display, and abnormal sound announced in the machine. If the "squeak" sound is declared, it indicates that the vibration frequency is low, and the components related to vibration shall be checked. If the "click" sound is declared, it indicates that the power over-current protection, and the over-current protection circuit shall be checked. According to the structure classification, the pull-out switch can be divided into three types: amplifier separation type, amplifier built-in type and power supply built-in type.

2. the built-in type of the amplifier is to integrate the amplifier and the sensor, select the special integrated circuit and external equipment technology, and use the DC power supply for operation. Its response speed (0.1M and 1m) can detect narrow and high-speed moving objects. Changing the polarity of the power supply can switch on and off, and can set the indicator light of self diagnosis stable operation area. Both voltage and current output methods can avoid mutual interference, which is very convenient in the system equipment.




3. the built-in type of power supply is the integration of amplifier, sensor and power supply equipment, which is made by using special integrated circuit and external equipment technology. The communication power supply is generally used, which is suitable for replacing the touch travel switch at the production site, and can be directly used for strong current control circuit. It can also set the indicator light of self diagnosis stable operation area by itself. The output is equipped with SSR solid state relay or normally open and normally closed contacts of relay, which can avoid mutual interference and close the equipment in the system.
