When we develop a new toggle switch and socket, we will do a lot of feasibility experiments to ensure the safety of the switch and socket, which is related to life and should not be careless.




1. weldability test



The top of the terminal is immersed in the solder pool for 1mm, the temperature is 230 ± 5 ℃, and the time is 3 ± 0.5s

be careful:

(1) Welding time shall be less than 3 seconds

(2) The welding area shall be more than 80%

2. welding resistance test

During welding in the welding furnace, the temperature shall be controlled at 260 ± 5 ℃, the furnace passing time shall be 3 ± 0.5 seconds, and the thickness of the base plate shall be 1.0 mm. During manual welding, the temperature shall be controlled at 320 ± 5 ℃, and the time shall be 3 ± 0.5 seconds

Requirements: the body must be free of deformation and meet the mechanical and electrical energy requirements

3. life test

No load: the operator shall conduct 100000 cycles of no-load test at the frequency of 60 times per minute.

requirement:

(1) Contact resistance shall not exceed 200m Ω

(2) Others, meet the mechanical and electrical performance

4. heat resistance test

Place it at 85 ± 2 ℃ for 96 hours, and then place it at normal room temperature for 1 hour

Requirements: no abnormal appearance, meeting the mechanical and electrical performance

5. cold resistance test

Place at 40 ± 2 ℃. When the relative humidity is 90~96% for 96 hours, put the sample in the normal environment for 1 hour to test.

Requirements: no abnormal appearance, meeting the mechanical and electrical performance

6. humidity test

Place at 40 ± 2 ℃. When the relative humidity is 90~96% for 96 hours, put the sample in the normal environment for 1 hour to test.
