The microswitch has three wires because the two contact power supplies are common, and the other two wires are normally open point no and normally closed point NC.



Microswitch: a contact structure with micro contact spacing and quick action mechanism, which performs switching action with specified stroke and specified force. It is covered with a shell and has a driving rod outside. (hereinafter referred to as switch) with contact: in the switch type, compared with the semiconductor switch with switching characteristics, the function of the switch is realized through the mechanical switch of the contact.



Contact form: electrical input and output circuits that form contacts according to various purposes.



Rated value: generally refers to the value as the guarantee reference of switching characteristics and performance, such as rated current, rated voltage, etc., which is based on specific conditions (load type, current, voltage, frequency, etc.).



Resin fixation (plastic sealed terminal): after wiring with wires at the terminal, fix the part by filling resin to eliminate the exposed live parts to improve the drip resistance. Contact resistance: refers to the resistance of the contact part of the contact, but generally refers to the resistance value including the conductor resistance of the spring and the terminal part.



Vibration resistance: when the misoperation vibration microswitch is in use, the contact closed due to vibration does not separate within the specified time.



Impact resistance: durable impact means that the microswitch will not be damaged by the mechanical impact during transportation or installation, and meet the impact within the range of action characteristics.



Misoperation impact: refers to the impact range in which the contact closed due to impact does not separate within the specified time when the microswitch is used.
